Trovio Ecommerce Solutions ("Trovio", "we", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and business data we process in the course of providing ecommerce technology and consulting services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (such as name, email, phone, company name, and message contents through our contact forms), business data required to operate marketplace integrations on your behalf (such as seller account identifiers, order and inventory data via authorized APIs), and limited technical information from your interactions with our website.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to deliver, maintain, and improve our services, respond to inquiries, communicate about engagements, and comply with legal obligations. Marketplace data (including Amazon SP-API data) is used solely to perform the contracted services and is never sold.

3. Amazon SP-API & Marketplace Data

When we access Amazon Selling Partner API data on your behalf, we do so under the authorization you provide and in accordance with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from Amazon is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to authorized personnel, and we retain it only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with sub-processors (such as cloud hosting providers) under contractual confidentiality and data protection terms, or where required by law.

5. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption, access controls, monitoring, and regular reviews. No system is fully secure, but we take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@trovioecom.com.

7. International Transfers

We operate globally; data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
